Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Account: name, email, workspace and member details, access-key names (never your keys in readable form).
• Content: prompts, scripts, plans, uploads and the videos, storyboards and packages we make for you.
• Usage: the events in your workspace's activity log (created, approved, rendered, published), credits used, error logs.
• Payments: handled by our payment providers; we keep the plan, amounts and references, never full card numbers.
• Connections you choose: YouTube connection tokens and webhook signing secrets, encrypted at rest (AES with an authentication check) with a key kept apart from the database, and your Telegram chat ID. Used only for what you ask.

How we use it

To run the Service (plan, review, render, publish), bill you, keep it secure and support you. We use AI providers to write and review scripts and to synthesise voices; they receive only what each step needs and may not train on it. We do not sell personal data, and we don't use your content to train models unless you opt in.

Screen recordings

When you ask AISAM to record a website, it visits only that site, respects robots.txt, and masks passwords, emails, card and account numbers, phone numbers and keys in every frame.

Keeping and deleting

We keep your content while your workspace exists. In Studio → Settings you can request deletion. We delete workspace files within 30 days of a confirmed request, and from backups within 90. You can also email [email protected]. Finished videos and packages remain downloadable from each video page until deletion completes.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your personal data, and object to processing, from Settings (request deletion) or by writing to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Cookies

One essential session cookie for signing in. Cloudflare may set a challenge cookie when Turnstile is enabled on sign-up. No advertising cookies.
